1. Business Overview

Jones Shirts & Signs is a custom apparel and small signage provider located in North Ogden, Utah. We offer a range of decoration services including embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers, laser engraving, banners, vinyl graphics, and rhinestone designs. We serve customers in Northern Utah and throughout the United States.

2. Design Submission & Approval

• Customers may upload logos or artwork through our website or submit ideas in-store.

   

• We provide digital mockups or proofs for customer approval prior to production.

   

• Production will not begin until the customer has approved the final proof in writing (e.g., email, signed form).

   

3. Orders & Payment

• A 50% down payment or an approved purchase order is required before production begins.

   

• We accept credit cards, cash, and checks for payment.

   

• The remaining balance is due upon order completion and before pickup or shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   

4. Custom Product Policy

• All custom products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

   

• If Jones Shirts & Signs makes an error that deviates from the approved proof, we will replace the product at no cost.

   

• We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content, including incorrect spellings, formatting issues, or file errors.

   

5. Customer-Supplied Items

Jones Shirts & Signs accepts customer-supplied items for decoration or customization at the customer’s own risk.
We are not responsible for any damage, defects, or unsatisfactory results due to:

• Incompatible or unsuitable materials

   

• Pre-existing wear, damage, or flaws

   

• Unexpected reactions during printing, heat application, or embroidery

   

Customers are encouraged to consult with us beforehand, as not all items are suitable for our production processes. By submitting personal items, the customer assumes full responsibility for the outcome.

6. Shipping & Pickup

• We offer local pickup at our North Ogden, Utah location and shipping within the United States.

   

• Shipping fees are added to the order total and are based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

   

• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party shipping carriers.

   

7. Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times depend on the type of service requested and current production volume.

   

• Estimated completion dates will be communicated at the time of order.

   

• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to scheduling availability.

   

8. Intellectual Property

• Customers must ensure that all submitted designs, logos, or artwork do not infringe upon any copyrights or trademarks.

   

• We reserve the right to reject any design that may violate intellectual property laws, promote hate, or contain offensive content.

   

• Jones Shirts & Signs assumes no liability for copyright violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

   

9. Marketing Use

• We may request permission to showcase your completed designs (e.g., on social media, our website, or in-store displays).

   

• We will not use any customer-submitted artwork or final products for marketing without obtaining your prior consent.

   

10. Limitation of Liability

Jones Shirts & Signs is not liable for:

• Shipping delays, losses, or damage once an item has left our facility

   

• Minor variations in color, scale, placement, or finish due to production method

   

• Customer dissatisfaction resulting from customer-supplied content or items

   

• Any damages exceeding the original purchase price of the order

   

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall take place in the courts located in Utah.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted in-store or on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
